Williamson’s Keyante Pettaway scored on a two-point conversion in overtime to lift Williamson to a 28-26 win over Citronelle Friday night at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.

The Wildcats, who roared back from a 20-6 deficit, had taken a 26-20 lead in overtime on Daylon Edmunds’ fourth touchdown pass but Easton Helton’s extra-point kick hit the left upright.

The Lions tied it 26-26 on Ellis McGaskin’s 1-yard run, then pulled off the successful two-point conversion to win the battle of unbeatens.

Citronelle forced overtime when Edmunds found Sye Byrd for a 23-yard scoring pass with no time left in regulation. Helton’s extra-point kick again hit the upright but bounced through to tie it 20-20.
