Project Name: RFQ-06-03-2026-001_MCHA LED Lighting Project
Project Description: Install new LED Lighting in the MOWA Choctaw Museum & City of Citronelle Court Room & Museum.
Location: MOWA Band of Choctaw Indians Reservation, Mt. Vernon, Alabama
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is open to selected contractors. The project will be awarded through an unrestricted solicitation process to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder utilizing the “X” Factor tabulation method, with Indian Preference applied.
Indian Preference eligibility will be verified through the MOWA Band of Choctaw Indians Tribal Enrollment Department, along with verification of business ownership. The contractor must be the primary owner of the business. One Prime Contractor will be awarded the project.
The scope of work includes the Installation of LED lighting upgrade and retrofit for the MOWA Choctaw Museum and the City of Citronelle court room and library. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary for the full completion of the project.
