The City of Creola (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
CREOLA CITY PARK IMPROVEMENTS
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Office of the City Clerk located at 9615 Old Hwy 43, Creola, AL 36525 (P.O. Box 490, Creola, AL 36525-0490), until 3/27/2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time and the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:

Fee Accounting Services
Low-Rent Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher Programs
The Mobile County Housing Authority (MCHA) is a Moving-to-Work agency and will accept competitive proposals for an experienced consultant to provide Fee Accounting services for its Low-Rent Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs. Mobile County Housing Authority’s FYE is December 31.
MCHA desires to issue an initial two-year contract (Effective Now) for these services with options to renew for additional years.
All applicants must be familiar with Housing and Urban Development’s regulations. Deadline for submitting proposals is 4:00 p.m. Friday, March 18, 2026, via email to lnettles@mobilecountyha.org.
